With the emergence of Industry 4.0 and the generation of vast amounts of data by industrial IoT sensors, the demand for machine health maintenance in high-tech manufacturing industries is rapidly increasing. The innovative development of artificial intelligence (AI) significantly enhances the utilization of extensive process data. By integrating statistical science, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, AI enables the creation of more accurate machine health management solutions that help minimize production costs and maximize productivity.

We develop adaptive equipment health management solutions by exploring innovative technology modules capable of adjusting to diverse process environments and configurations. Leveraging data-driven methodologies, we create decision-making systems that operate effectively across various conditions, minimizing the need for human intervention and addressing the common issue of model overfitting often faced in industrial applications.
